Praxis Remote Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 5, 2026
Praxis Remote is built to control Praxis over your local network. It does not run a cloud account system for your queue, library, or playback state.
Plain-English Summary
Praxis Remote uses your device and your local network to find and connect to the desktop Praxis app. It is designed to keep control traffic on your LAN rather than sending your practice data to a remote service.
Data We Use
- Device and app state needed to operate the interface
- Local network discovery information so Praxis Remote can find Praxis on your LAN
- Connection state between Praxis Remote and the desktop app
Data We Do Not Collect
Praxis Remote does not collect personal analytics, advertising identifiers, or a remote user profile for controlling Praxis.
Network Behavior
Praxis Remote needs local network access to connect to Praxis.
Optional network activity is limited to:
- local discovery of the desktop Praxis app
- local connection traffic between your device and your Mac
- opening external links you choose to tap in the browser
How Data Is Used
All data is used only to provide app functionality: connecting to Praxis, mirroring state, and letting you control playback and navigation.
Your Choices
You can stop using Praxis Remote at any time by deleting the app or by disabling local-network access in system settings.
Children’s Privacy
Praxis Remote is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information.
